橋本秀樹（屋号：drone.and.ai）は、『こだまの温室』のアプリと、お問い合わせに関する情報を次のように取り扱います。
ゲーム内にアカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングはありません。ゲームの記録は端末に保存され、アプリが自動で運営者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
端末に保存する情報
ゲームの進行、成績、作成したルート、こだま、設定を保存します。記録の保護のため、予備の記録や、破損した記録の退避ファイルを端末内に保持する場合があります。端末間の自動同期機能はありません。
設定の記録消去はゲームの進行を初期状態に戻します。書き出したファイル、共有用の一時ファイル、破損記録の退避ファイル、OSのバックアップを一括消去する操作ではありません。iPhoneのアプリ内保存領域を削除したい場合は、OSの「Appを削除」を使用してください。「Appを取り除く」はデータを残す操作です。端末のバックアップの扱いはOSの設定をご確認ください。
セーブの読み込みと任意の共有
セーブの読み込みは、ご自身で選んだファイルを端末内で処理します。「セーブを書き出す」や画像の共有・保存を選ぶと、端末のファイル・共有機能を使用します。セーブには進行、成績、ルート、こだま、設定が含まれます。
保存先や共有相手はご自身で選びます。その操作で選択したデータが共有先に渡ります。運営者へ自動送信されるものではありません。共有用の一時ファイルは端末内のキャッシュに残る場合があります。別に保存・共有したファイルは、その保存先で削除してください。
メールでのお問い合わせ
ご自身でメールを送信した場合、メールアドレス、表示名、本文、添付ファイルなど送信された情報を受け取ります。問題の調査、返信、対応履歴の管理に使用します。お問い合わせ対応のために受け取った情報を広告配信に使用しません。
お問い合わせ情報は、対応終了後1年以内に削除します。ただし、法令により保管が必要な情報は、必要な期間保管します。お問い合わせ情報の削除を希望される場合は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。
メールの受信・保管にはGmailを使用します。メールサービス、OS、ストア、ご自身が選んだ共有サービスによる情報の取扱いには、各サービスの方針が適用されます。
購入とストアの情報
購入・決済とストアのアカウント情報は、購入先のストアが取り扱います。ゲーム内でクレジットカード情報やストアのパスワードを入力する機能はありません。

Hideki Hashimoto, operating as drone.and.ai, handles information related to the Kodama's Greenhouse app and support requests as described below.
The game has no accounts, advertisements, analytics, or tracking. Game records are saved on your device. The app does not automatically send those records to the developer's servers.
Information stored on your device
The game saves progress, results, routes you create, Echoes, and settings. It may also keep a backup or a copy of a damaged save on your device to help protect your progress. The game has no automatic synchronization between devices.
Resetting records in Settings starts your game progress again. It does not erase separately exported files, temporary sharing files, archived damaged saves, or operating-system backups. On iPhone, use the operating system's “Delete App” option to remove the app's local storage. “Offload App” keeps app data. Check your operating-system settings for the handling of device backups.
Importing saves and choosing to share
Save imports process the file you select on your device. Exporting a save or sharing or saving an image uses your device's file and sharing features. A save contains progress, results, routes, Echoes, and settings.
You choose the destination or recipient. The data selected for that action is passed to your chosen destination; it is not automatically sent to the developer. Temporary sharing files may remain in the device's cache. Delete separately saved or shared files at their destinations.
Support emails
If you choose to email us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, display name, message, and attachments. We use it to investigate the problem, reply, and maintain support records. Information received for support is not used for advertising.
Support information is deleted within one year after the inquiry is closed, except for information that must be kept for a legally required period. To request deletion of your support information, contact us at the address below.
We use Gmail to receive and store support email. Your email provider, operating system, store, and chosen sharing services handle information under their own policies.
Purchases and store information
